From LinkedIn profile to placed candidate
Shortlist opens in Chrome’s side panel and stays there while you browse, so your pipeline is always next to the profile you’re reading.
What Shortlist does
The parts of a recruiting CRM you use every day, in a side panel next to LinkedIn. There’s nothing to set up: open a profile and click Save.
-
Save in one click
A Save to Shortlist button appears on LinkedIn profiles. Name, headline, company and location are filled in for you, and a follow-up is set for two days later.
-
Track every stage
Move people from Sourced to Contacted, Replied, Interview and Placed, or archive them. Filter your list by stage with one tap.
-
Follow up on time
See who’s overdue, due today and coming up this week. A badge on the toolbar shows the count, and one reminder arrives each day.
-
Message from templates
Write a message once. Shortlist fills in each person’s name and company, and Copy & mark contacted moves them along your pipeline.
-
Notes, tags and search
Keep call notes, salary expectations and notice periods with each contact. Search across names, companies, tags and notes.
-
Export to CSV
Download your whole pipeline as a spreadsheet for your ATS, a client update or a backup.
